Casa Tina Cozumel. is a true rarity. Most houses sit on one lot,.our villa sits on two lots, this allows for a huge tropical garden giving you all the shade or sun you can possably want also your children have plenty of room to run and play. The gardens give a home to finches and humming birds, you will love watching the birds fly from palm to palm. The home has beautiful Tropical trees and plants. In the villas garden you will find an Almond tree, Banana trees Coconut trees and a Guanabana tree. This tree bears tasty fruit when in season. Pick your breakfast right from our trees or take a morning dip in the pool. The entire house has large arched windows allowing great views of the garden, pool and neighborhood. The villa also has a large terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. In the late afternoon have a refreshing tropical drink while watching the sun set. Or relax while sitting on the patio, and take in the splendor of our lush tropical gardens.
When you first enter Casa Tina the first thing you will notice about the home is the large open airy floor plan with a beautiful archway. Our vacation villa has three large beautifully decorated bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. Each bedroom has a huge amount of closet space and in addition there is also plenty of drawer space. In the upstairs master bedroom there is a king size bed and in the other two bedrooms there are twin size beds. In both these bedroom the twin size beds could be put together to make two king size beds. For your comfort the entire villa has mini split air conditioning. Mini splits are similar to central air with the compressors on the outside of the house. The difference is that each unit has its own compressor and can be separately controlled to allow you to turn off one room and leave other rooms on.. Also a big plus is you can set each room to different temperatures and stay as cool as you like and sleep like a baby because these units run almost without noise.
This vacation home has all the amenities to make your stay a wonderful experience. There is a high speed internet connection, Dvd/Vcr player,cable TV, , dvd/ video library, a stereo and a book library as well for your reading enjoyment. There is also a phone for making unlimited local calls and a BBQ. In the kitchen you will find all the things you will need to make wonderful meals. The maid at Casa Tina will take care of all the cleaning, so all you'll have to do is enjoy your vacation or if you don't feel like cooking a chef is available upon request.
Divers will be happy to know that just a few minutes away there is a dive operation called Dive Paradise.. Dive Paradise is a well established dive operation with several boats. Their pick up point is a dock right down the road from us. You can either walk to the dock or drive two minutes where there is a lot to park your car.After diving come back to the house and let your equipment soak while you relax in our tropical gardens.
Cozumel offers you so much to do when on vacation.Some of the activities include scuba diving, Cozumel hosts the second biggest reef in the world. We stayed at Casa Tina May 6 - 13, '06 and this villa was even more beautiful and
comfortable than expected. Your home has so many details that make it far above the
ordinary - beautiful ceramic tile, huge shower, individual temperature control and
ceiling fan in every room, gorgeous landscaping and convenient tank to rinse dive gear.
Central location allowed each of us to pursue our individual interests.

We recently returned from a trip to Cozumel where we stayed at one of your rentals
Casa Tina. We enjoyed our stay immensely and are now considering purchasing a home
on the island that we could rent when we are not using it.
I was wondering if you could give us a few tips on acquiring a property for rental.
Specifically, I was wondering how steady was the rental market. How frequently
on average are homes rented. What size home (rooms) is most in demand. What features
do you find most popular? What about location on the island? And finally,
arre there any demographics on renters that would help in selecting a property.
Any details you could provide would be very helpful.

We did have a great time as usual.....diving was good........ur house was great as well....did u have the house pre-existing or was it built when u bought it? we really liked the house plan!....we are going to look into getting a house down there.....will probably send u some questions later about the way it works..
