Casa Tina

Casa Tina is a beautiful rental homes on Cozumel. It is a three bedroom villa.The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort so when it is hot outside you will stay cool inside. This beautiful rental home sits on a double corner lot and is totaly walled in to insure your privacy. It is just a five minute walk to the ocean and a twenty minute stroll to town or a five minute car ride. The house has a large tropical garden, pool and patio. Upstairs there is a large terrace which over looks the garden and pool. Divers will be happy to know that behind the house you will find a rinse tank and drying station for scuba gear.Casa Tina is one of the newest homes to be built on Cozumel and a great deal of thought went into the needs of the renter. The house was designed and built with the comfort of its guests in mind. All rooms are tastefully decorated with fine Mexican furnishings. Special attention has gone into the selection of the furnishings and decorations. Our goal in choosing these furnishings was to give you a feel of being in your own home not a rental home. Our managing agent has been in the business of managing vacation homes for over twenty years so you can feel confident that you will be in professional hands. I cannot say enough about our managing agent and staff. . Casa Tina and our wonderful staff will make sure your vacation will be a vacation to remember for years to come.

We would like to mention that the closet pick up point for diving is right down the road from our villa.The pick up point is Plaza Las Glorias and from the dock at Plaza Las Glorias many dive operators will pick up divers. Plaza Las Glorias is also home to Aqua Safari. You can dive with Aqua Safari or make arrangments with another operator to be picked up at Plaza Las Glorias. Plaza Las Glorias is a one minute car ride from Casa Tina . Usually Tina and I walk to the dock with our gear it is that close to our home.

The dining room has a view of the garden and pool. Have breakfast while you look out upon the tropical garden, or dine outside on the patio which is just through the doors of the dining room.

the kitchen comes fully equipped with purified water,microwave,blender, toaster. It is 
fully equipped with everything you will need.

                  


Livingroom
Is tastefully decorated in Mexican rustic. Relax, talk, watch  
t.v. or listen to music, after a day of exploring all this beautiful island has to offer.


                    


               
Upon arrival you will be met at the airport where you will be escorted
 to Casa Tina. You will be familiarized with the  home and all
your questions will be addressed.
